Portfolio Services Analyst (Macquarie Asset Management)

The US Equity Trading desk is a collaborative team that supports multiple internal investments teams across the globe and delivers consistently strong execution. You'll be part of a supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drive outcomes.What role will you play?As an integral member of the team, you will work collaboratively with our Global team of Portfolio Managers, Risk/Compliance, and Traders to monitor daily cashflows, portfolio changes, position drifts, rebalances, and transitions, and generate and authorize related orders. You will be a key player in exception monitoring of the Trade Oversight program, and you will help facilitate launches, mergers, risk management, and issue & discrepancy resolution. Additionally, with the launch of new ETF products across the globe, you will be an integral support to front office operational effectiveness.What you offer

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 4+ years' experience at a buy-side Investment Management firm
• Strong attention to detail, ability to problem-solve, and look for continual ways to improve processes
• Strong numerical and analytic ability
• Humility and curiosity - a willingness to continue to learn the business and step in to help others where needed
• Aladdin OMS experience highly desirable
