Job Summary
Norgrove Training is an established Registered Training Organisation (RTO), in the Aged, Disability and Home Care Sector.
We are seeking a confident, motivated person, with an ability to establish and maintain effective relationships, to service our large employer client base including the NDIS sector and Workforce Australia Agencies This position will appeal to applicants who have care industry experience or Customer Relations experience in the services sector.
An immediate start is available due to rapid company expansion.
You will be working to support a highly motivated and experienced team, who are already achieving excellent results in the business. They currently provide high levels of service to both customers and students, at all levels.
An attractive remuneration is available commensurate with your experience.
Your Main responsibilities:
Working with the Manager to:
- Communicate and maintain existing relationships with partnered organisations.
- Develop new business by approaching organisations relevant to our sector with the view of sourcing new students.
- Manage social media as part of our sales and marketing strategy.
- Work with our Customer Relationship Management Software (KEAP).
- Provide advice and support to new and existing clients for new initiatives, training courses and services.
- Meet targets and deadlines as required.
Your Experience and Attributes
- Ability to build effective relationships
- A proven successful track record in Customer Service / sales skills
- Outgoing with great interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
- Recent experience with digital marketing programs, incorporating social media, Information Technology and mobile phone technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Methodical, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, process driven environment.
- Experience in Aged, Disability or Home Care Sectors is not essential, but is desirable.
- Previous working experience with Workforce Australia and NDIS Sectors, not essential, but is desirable.
- Must have current Drivers Licence and your own vehicle.
