About the role:
We’re looking for a customer focused person to join our team. The position is permeant part time (20-30 hours per week Monday to Friday) at Robina on the Gold Coast.

Your main tasks will be:
- Promote and sell our Car Subscription services
- Booking, pausing and ending Car Subscriptions
- Managing existing Car Subscriptions
- Creating positive customer experiences for new and existing customers
- Administration tasks
- Fleet management tasks (adding, swapping and removing vehicles from software and services)
- Cleaning returned vehicles (if required)
- Recording vehicle condition and processing insurance claims
- Delivering vehicles between sites
About you:
You will be enthusiastic and driven with a desire to provide exceptional customer service with the following skills and abilities:
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Excellent communication skills (over the phone, written and in person)
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Current Australian Drivers Licence (QLD preferred)
- Previous experience in the motor industry, such as Car Hire, Car Sales, Service Advisor, Fleet Management etc. is an advantage (but not required)
