What you’ll do
As the Customer Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with MAX Technical Services external customers focusing on developing and implementing commercial initiatives.
With an established network in the gaming sector in South Australia, you will leverage relationships between MAX Technical Services, other MAX services and Tabcorp Business Units to maximise strategic and commercial opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service.
What you’ll bring
- Proven business acumen with a focus on relationship and stakeholder relationships
- Strong communication skills including interpersonal, negotiation, influencing, verbal and written.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, client centric environment, prioritising and managing your time to achieve maximum results.
- Proven track record in fuelling long-term commercial growth
- Results-oriented with the ability to work in a multi-task environment, managing multiple priorities while delivering results.
- Experience working in an industry with significant regulatory constraints.
