Customer Relationship Support (Telesales)

Cookers Bulk Oil System is seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Support professional to join our dynamic Sales team in an office-based role. This position supports our Sales & Business Development Managers (BDMs) and involves interacting with clients over the phone to enhance customer engagement and maintain accurate client data. Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Regularly contact clients via phone to assess their satisfaction and resolve any arising issues, embodying Cookers' commitment to service excellence.
• Maintain and update client information within our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and currency of data.
• Compile and present reports for management, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with BDMs and the sales team, providing administrative support to enhance national sales efforts.
• Answer phone calls in a manner that reflects Cookers’ dedication to professionalism and friendliness.

Who You Are: 

• You have an engaging, professional, and friendly demeanour.
• You possess a keen eye for detail, especially in data entry and managing client records.
• You're able to collaborate effectively with BDMs and team members, contributing positively to team dynamics.
• You're self-driven, capable of identifying customer trends, and articulate in communicating your insights.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skill set. 
• Specifically, proficient in Microsoft Excel, capable of controlling data and creating detailed reports. 
• You thrive in an environment where you can work autonomously without the need for micromanagement.
