Providing amazing personal customer support is at the heart of everything we do as we relentlessly focus on bringing our products to market in diverse and innovative ways. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our friendly team at our Brendale Aeroklas Fitment Centre as a Customer Sales & Service Representative.

 We are looking for someone who is…

• Customer Driven – You’ll like making things easier for both customers and colleagues. If there’s a roadblock, you want to find a solution which smooths it away. Building loyalty though providing amazing personal support, return customers ask for you by name!
• A Great Communicator - Interacting with and helping people energises you. You seek to empower, educate, and assist customers.
• Innovative – You love learning and developing new ways to things, and you aren’t afraid to point out opportunities for improvement and bring solutions to the table.
• Inquisitive – Interested in becoming an expert on Aeroklas products and services.
• Organised –Able to work with the team to schedule workshop bookings, handle walk-in & customers enquires via the phone. You will support a range of customers: consumers, motor vehicle dealers, our distributors & resellers, and Fleet Management organisations. 
• Detail Oriented – Able to complete inventory control responsibilities raise sales orders and Invoices with a great attention to detail and ensure customers are kept well informed and updated, the same way you’d like to be.
• Positive - You’re a positive person and know how to look on the bright side and find a solution that works.
• Resilient - You’re comfortable in a business that moves fast, where sometimes you’ll need to be agile, creative and make decisions and support other members of the team. You’ll approach each day fresh, focused on teamwork that achieves positive team and business outcomes.
