Customer Service Representative (Temp to Perm)

Location: Pemulwuy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the frontline support for our customers. You'll handle a variety of inquiries, ranging from product questions to order updates, with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Your professionalism and efficiency will ensure that customers feel valued and supported throughout their interaction with our company. Whether it's answering questions promptly over the phone, providing detailed responses via email, or engaging in real-time chat conversations, your communication skills will be vital in creating positive customer experiences.
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. You'll be responsible for guiding customers through the product selection process, offering insights, and addressing any concerns they may have. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customers receive their products in a timely manner. When issues arise, whether it's a shipping delay or a product defect, you'll step in to resolve them promptly and effectively, turning potential frustrations into opportunities to showcase our commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns. You'll work closely with other departments, such as sales, logistics, and product development, to address customer concerns comprehensively. By collaborating cross-functionally, you'll gain insights into different aspects of our business and leverage resources to provide holistic solutions to customers. Whether it's coordinating with the warehouse team to expedite a shipment or escalating a technical issue to the appropriate department for resolution, your ability to collaborate will be essential in delivering seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. You'll meticulously document each customer interaction, including inquiries, requests, and resolutions, in our CRM system. These records will not only serve as a reference for future interactions but also provide valuable insights into customer trends and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Customer Service role, with exposure to project work preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Technical Proficiency: Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills to address complex customer inquiries.
  • Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering excellence in Customer Service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
  • Initiative: A self-starter with high motivation to excel in a dynamic work environment.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve collective goals.
