The Envirolab Group is one of the largest Australian owned and privately operating environmental laboratories in Australia. With laboratories across Australia, we provide a broad range of testing services in environmental chemistry, microbiology, asbestos, workplace exposure and air monitoring. We service Environmental Consultants, Mines, Occupational Hygienists, Government Departments and the public by providing quality service and independent results.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the Sydney office. The ideal candidate will be well organised and enjoy working as part of a team. Science (Lab/Enviro/Mine) would be a definite plus, but not essential. The position will be rostered to work Monday to Friday from 12 pm to 8 pm.
Reporting to the Customer Service Co-ordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Taking and actioning client calls/emails
- Providing laboratory testing advice
- Accepting client samples
- Preparing and sending sampling containers to customers
- Managing stock
- Updating CRM
- Generating quotes
- Adhoc projects as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Laboratory knowledge - preferably Chemical
- Willingness to learn about Laboratories
- Able to work alone and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
- Qualifications Preferable but not essential (Science - Chemistry preferred)
- Customer Service experience is a must
