Seeking a full-time Customer Service Consultant with a science background to join their team in Bayswater location in Melbourne, Victoria. This is a 7 month contract role until end of December 2024
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer service admin, phone call support and order entry
- Follow up on customer order tracking / ETA
- Customer support on emails and other queries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with growth mindset
- Full Australian work rights required
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred
- Science qualification
- Bayswater based role in Melbourne
- Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm full-time
- Onsite parking, Café, new modern designed offices
- Contract role until end of December 2024
- $36 - $40/hr + Super
