About the role
WorkPac are currently seeking a Customer Service Office in the Rental space for a well known client in Kewdale. This role is Monday to Friday - 8am to 4pm, $35 per hour, plus penalties.
In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Manager and Supervisors with day to day duties in running the Branch.
These include:
Branch administration including filing, banking and preparation of rental agreements.
Process counter and phone enquiries and bookings
Ensure accurate processing of all invoices and rental agreements
Ensure cash handling and debtor guidelines are followed
Develop customer relationships
What you will need
Experience in Customer Service and/or rental activities
Good organisational skills
Ability to think creatively to devise the most efficient processes.
Foundational computer skills
Excel skills and experience
HR Licence (Desirable, not essential)
Previous Rental experience
