Two Providores is an Australian artisan produce and dry-store essentials food distributor. Based in Marrickville and relocating mid year to a brand new warehouse in Chullora, we deliver premium local produce to our food service and retail customers across NSW. We are a growing business that rewards employees for delivering customer care that goes beyond the everyday.
In Customer Service you will….
- Be the first point of contact for our customers offering a high level of timely, knowledgeable, and accurate customer care.
- Process orders and enquiries.
- Advise on availability of products and stock alternatives where required.
- Actively work across departments to resolve customer issues with empathy and interactions that will have our customers talking for all the right reasons.
- Undertake regular product training with our producers learning about their stories, products and production processes.
- Be across our warehouse operations and logistics, and ideally have an understanding of food safety and HACCP principles.
What we need from you….
- A minimum two years’ experience in a similar role – Customer Service in a food environment (encompassing order entry, inventory management and logistics)
- A love of good Australian food
- A pragmatic, can-do approach to all customer requests. A great rapport with customers on the phone (a good sense of humour helps too)
- Excellent Email, Word, and Excel skills
- To be available for shift work between 2:30pm and 10:30pm, Sunday to Thursday
