How will I help?
BT Financial Group (BT) is the wealth management arm of the Westpac Group and has been helping Australians protect, manage, and grow their wealth since 1969. The Client Account Specialist role is fundamental in supporting the delivery of the BT customer experience. The position is responsible for completing customer requests, contacting customers, advisors and financial institutions by phone or email to complete customer requests in a timely manner.
The role responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and be involved in finding solutions
  • Help drive Frist Point Resolution to advisors and colleagues
  • Resolution of complex issues through exceptional problem solving skills
  • Provide product expertise to internal and external customers
  • Maintain a superior level of Customer Service
