Destiny RV are seeking a Customer service advisor to join the team. The weekly hours can be negotiated, minimum I am looking at 21 hours a week to 38 hours.
We are a large caravan dealership who specialise in servicing, warranty repairs, crash shop caravan repair centre and on average deliver 20 new caravans per month. The responsibility of the service advisor is to meet and greet the customers and help them with all their caravan and parts enquiries through the service centre of Destiny RV. Customers will ring up to book a service or warranty repair, the service advisors job will be to capture this appointment and book them into our booking system.
Even if you are looking for full time work, this can be negotiated. Preferably service advisor experience, but not essential.
You will need to be customer friendly, have great Customer service skills and work well in a team environment.
