Shoreline Freighters is a locally owned freight company.
We are looking for a motivated Customer service representative able to work as a team in our fast-paced environment in our Wauchope depot.
- Working 5 days a week - Monday to Friday
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent Customer Service skills and be well presented with a professional manner.
- Be accountable and responsible for completion of jobs.
- Good work ethic.
- Previous office experience.
- Strong Freight Forwarding / Operational knowledge.
- The ability to learn and take on new tasks quickly.
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask.
The position will include duties such as but will not be limited to:
High volume inbound calls assisting customers.
Addressing existing and new customer enquires/matters.
Track and trace deliveries i.e. ETA
Maintain status of enquiry by using our systems.
Liaise with different levels of people within the organization to locate freight.
General administrative duties.
Invoicing customers.
