What this opportunity involves:

JLL is presenting a part-time opportunity for a Service Centre Attendant to join our thriving client account, working with our top-tier lawn firm client.

You will be responsible for forging a lasting, open and collaborative relationship with visitors and clients through the delivery of a superior and engaging workplace experience.

This is an on-going role at 22.5 hours per week (3 days a week). 

An Overview of the role:

  • Maintain the Service Centre (mailroom).
  • Manage Service Centre Window greeting staff and being first point of contact for queries. 
  • Booking and lodging couriers, express post requests and general mail collection.
  • Ensure faxes, incoming and outgoing post and couriers are processed in a timely manner.
  • Manage lockers and assign lockers, and access cards. 
  • Maintain premises in neat and good working condition at all times. 
  • Track and report any backlog of unresolved problems. 
  • Maintain the sites and client assets to a high standard ensuring a safe and compliant workplace is maintained at all times.

  • Prior experience in an administration role.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Proven ability to manage complex operational matters on a daily basis. 
  • Ability to prioritise and manage the completion of projects in an efficient and timely manner.

  • Exhibits honesty & trustworthiness.
