Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
· Entering & processing orders
· Phone & reception skills, answering customer queries
· Assisting with data entry, filing, and archiving
· Assisting with computer/email issues
· Assisting customers with orders
· Record keeping & note taking
· Outgoing mail
· Assisting to further develop our data base
· Assist with calendar booking when required
· Help with general sales
· Assist with the input of data in forms/documents
· Assisting & supporting other team members when required
· General office duties

General Information:
· Full Time Role
· 6-month probation period
· Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 4pm, Friday 7.30am – 2pm
· ½ hour lunch break and 10-minute morning tea break
· 4 weeks annual leave (with leave loading)
· 9.5% Superannuation
· Approximately 2 weeks Christmas shut down period
· Approximate hourly rate $24.10 to $25.90 + benefits

Pay: $47,700 - $51,200 per year
