About the RoleAs our Customer Service Administrator, you will predominately, be responsible for taking inbound phone calls and providing a high level of administration support, such as lodging new jobs and fielding a range of enquiries.
Key responsibilities and tasks of this role include, but are not limited to;
- Creating new claims on BuildPro
- Actioning various inboxes
- Answering inbound phones calls and providing a high level of Customer Service to our key stakeholders and customers
- Completing and submitting reports onto various insurance portals
- Contacting customers to advise of claim approvals and issuing contracts via docusign
- Build and maintain key relationships with all AJ Grant Building staff, clients and contractors
About You
- Highly motivated and task focused
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Prior Customer Service experience with demonstrated skills
- Prior insurance industry experience is highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once in a busy and diverse environment
- Results-oriented and innovative mind-set
- Ability to problem solve and action customer issues
- Intermediate skills in Word & Excel
If successful, you will join our national Customer Service team as a Customer Service Administrator, based in our Kirrawee Office.
