An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Officer to join the team on an 8 month maternity leave contract.
This role will see you as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that they receive exceptional Customer Service at every step of the way.
A day in your role:
- Provide prompt and efficient services as first contact for phone and email enquiries
- Capture transport details accurately onto Excel spreadsheet
- Stock recounts from the transfers and reconcile to GRS
- Invoicing for NSW sales, debtors collection
- Raise PO’s for suppliers
- General office administration duties
- Support other Customer Service/Admin roles as and when required
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in a fast paced Customer service environment
- Previous CRM exposure highly favourable
- Reliability
- Can-do-attitude
Immediate start available - 7.30am to 1pm (30 hour week)
Contract end date: 28th February 2025
