Our client who are industry association specialists experienced at organising exceptional Trade Shows, Exhibitions and Conferences on behalf of industry bodies are currently looking for a dynamic Customer Service Agent who has strong phone-based experience and excellent computer skills. We are looking for someone that is available to commit to a 3-4 week temp assignmnet, and able to work 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. The client is based in Brighton and is very close to public transport. The hourly rate for this position is paying $30.58 + Super per hour and we are looking for someone to start ASAP.
You will be required to work on one of their events which will be held next year. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be required to make contact with there clients who have attended the events before, and update there contact details into there Contact Managment System Database. You will be required to update the database with existing contact details and any new contacts as well as completing some research of other companies that might be interested in going to the event. There will be training provided and you will have a script that you can follow.
To be successful for the role you must have previous experience working in a Customer Service Position where you have been involved in making outbound phone calls or a strong Administrator who is used to communicating well over the phone. Even though this role is not a cold calling selling position, we do require someone for this position that is very confident over the phone and not afraid to be on the phone all day. You must have excellent communication & time management skills, be able to work towards targets and had a can do attitude.
