About the Role:
We are seeking Customer Service professionals who have a passion for travel. This role is fast paced and requires a lot of resilience, but has great opportunity and perks!
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls with a multitude of different questions.
- Assisting clients with their planned holidays.
- Maintaining a professional demeanour.
- Achieving monthly KPI's.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Customer Service.
- Travel work experience is HIGHLY regarded.
- A passion for travel is a MUST!
- Work experience in call centre environments is highly regarded.
The Package:
- $55K + super + bonus. OTE is $60-$70K.
- Beautiful Gold Coast office. Please note this role is fully office based.
