The Opportunities –
Based at our Nudgee Site office, you will be responsible for our customer calls and allocations of aggregate and roadbase materials.
Previous experience favourable, but not necessary. We are looking for a customer centric service superstar!
This role’s are a great fit if you have some of the below:
- Previous Call Centre experience is essential or logistics experience
- Previous experience in the construction industry preferred but not essential
- Experience with high level Microsoft Skills (MS Excel, Outlook etc) and high-level numeracy skills.
- Experience with aggregates, constructions materials or concrete is desirable but not essential
- The ability to quickly develop product/industry knowledge
- Superior communication and Customer Service skills
- A positive and influential presence in building strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work productively with solution orientated mindset
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good directions and knowledge of Melbourne’s freeways, roads and streets is desirable.
- Dispatching or Allocation experience desired but not essential.
