Due to increased demand they are now seeking the services of an experienced Customer Service and Office Admin, to support their small team in Acacia Ridge. About the role:
- Provide exceptional Customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and order information
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment
- Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively
- Add value to inbound sales calls, create sales opportunities and upsell
- $60,000-$70,000 + super (depending on experience)
- Full-time permanent position
- Monday to Friday, 08:00am-4:30pm

- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
