Customer service and Office Admin

They offer a wide range of products and services for pipe working, cargo control, shipping containers, and liquid storage. Due to increased demand they are now seeking the services of an experienced Customer Service and Office Admin, to support their small team in Acacia Ridge. Join a fun and supportive team and provide clients with outstanding Customer service across phone, email, and webchat, all while growing your own career.
About the role:

• Provide exceptional Customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Maintain accurate customer records and order information
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment
• Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively
• Add value to inbound sales calls, create sales opportunities and upsell

What’s in it for you:

• $60,000-$70,000 + super (depending on experience)
• Full-time permanent position
• Monday to Friday, 08:00am-4:30pm

What we are looking for:

• Relevant experience in Customer service, sales, administration or related roles
• Exposure to the transport, logistics or industrial tooling industry is highly regarded but not essential
• Excellent communication skills are a must, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
