Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer calls
- Clearly articulate energy-efficient solutions to customers
- Coordinate customer bookings for installations and solutions
- Handle administrative duties related to customer records and bookings
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns
- Proactively maintain positive customer relationships through courtesy calls
- Effective time management and prioritization to meet deadlines
- Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PC skills
