We are a purpose-led member organisation striving to create greater value for our members and deliver on our purpose to be "The driving force for a better WA."Your OpportunityOur contact centres operate 7 days a week Monday – Friday 7.00am – 10.30pm & Saturday - Sunday 8.30am – 5.00pm.In the Customer Service & Sales Representative role - known as Member Solutions Consultant - you will engage with current and potential members over the phone highlighting the value and benefits of our products and services and supporting them with their needs.What you need to know:Location: Joondalup and West PerthWorking hours: Monday to Sunday flexible roster. 8-hour shifts between 7am – 10.30pmSalary and bonuses: Starting at $59,197pa + shift loading / penalties + super + incremental salary increases as you take on opportunities to complete upskilling at your own pace.Performance based bonuses range between $225 - $1,000 per month on completion of all training.Recruitment process: Shortlisted candidates will be invited via email to complete a virtual assessment involving scenario and system-based questions and activities. Only candidates with a satisfactory score will progress to next stages of the process.Onboarding Training: You’ll be set up for success with a fully paid, in-depth structured training program directly delivered to you by our professional Learning and Development Advisors.Training courses are full time Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm and range between 5 - 9 weeks from the start date.What will you be doing:
- Manage member enquiries by engaging with them via phone
- Provide support and accurate general advice or up to date information on products and services.
- Promote RAC products/services and identify sales leads to maximise conversion opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with members recommending products tailored to suit their individual needs
- Meet individual sales targets and collaborate to achieve team targets
- Maintain a competent level of knowledge of all new and existing RAC products/services
- Ensure member information is updated and maintained to a high standard using RAC systems
- Strong computer literacy and capability to use many applications at once whilst having conversations is essential
- Experience in a busy, multi-tasking environment, working with KPI’s and Sales-based targets both individually and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and relate well to others
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and resilience in assisting members through difficult situations
- Secure a full-time, permanent position working in centrally located offices, easily accessible via public transport or paid parking close by.
- Flexibility to work from home after your probation on a rotational roster (e.g. 2 weeks home and 1 week in office).
