The Role
Toll Transitions is a stand-alone business brand under which Toll deliver and manage comprehensive relocation and removal services to a number of Government and Corporate clients.
The Consultant's primary focus is to provide exceptional Customer Service and assistance to the caller, actioning or answering their relocation enquiries, or where required referring the enquiry on to another area within Toll Transitions for further action.
We have a number of temporary roles available to cover our peak period.
Key Responsibilities
Duties are primarily Customer Service in orientation and may include but not be limited to:
- Function as the first point of contact for callers seeking relocation and removal services.
- Manage the liaison with or referral to Internal and External stakeholders as required.
- Administration activities related to the administration of services.
- Assist with project activities within the centre.
- Provide other ad hoc support services to the business.
- Primarily Monday-Friday role however some Saturdays are required in December/January along with paid overtime offered as the business requires.
- Ability to work a rotating roster covering the span of hours between 7am and 7pm.
Skills & Experience
- Tenured and stable career history with demonstrated previous experience in a Customer Service or contact centre role with proven customer delivery outcomes.
- Professional communication and telephone manner with high attention to detail.
- Fast and accurate data entry skills - min 50 wpm
- Ability to quickly acquire product and customer process knowledge.
- Capacity to manage customer expectations along with excellent problem-solving/conflict resolution skills, i.e., able to understand and fix issues as they arise.
- Capacity to learn modern technology and processes quickly.
- Capacity to work with and meet or exceed service related KPIs.
- Experience with working in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
- Excellent time management and planning skills.
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products
