Our client, a market-leading health insurance company is on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join their expanding Customer Care team in Parramatta.
If you're passionate about making a difference, providing exceptional service, and working in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you!

Start date is the 22nd July for training. 
Set shifts and rotating roster also available.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Representative, you will:

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls from current or new customers
  • Assist customers with pricing inquiries, policy information, product details, and general questions
  • Provide exceptional Customer Service while adhering to company guidelines and standards
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and health professionals regarding insurance policies
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve and exceed performance targets and KPIs
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
  • Previous call centre experience is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Exposure to targets or KPI's in a professional working environment
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanour
  • A passion for helping people and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
