Position Overview:
As a Wholesale Account Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and expanding our wholesale accounts. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who is ready to exceed targets and develop their career in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with wholesale accounts by understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Act as the customers' main point of contact.
- Ensure quotes, samples, and product data are supplied promptly.
- Conduct regular account check-ins via phone, email, and SMS.
Business Development:
- Research, qualify, and onboard new accounts.
- Increase Share of Wallet (SOW) with existing accounts by identifying products they are purchasing elsewhere and gaining that business.
Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrates a hunger to exceed targets.
- Highly motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn.
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Background in construction and building materials is desirable.
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow within the role.
