Due to rapid growth our company is looking for a number of Customer Service superstars seeking experience within the Construction & Insurance industry!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be working in a fast paced collaborative environment as a pivotal member in our Client Services Team. Our Customer Service Consultants possess a can-do attitude, are well organised, and always bring their side of fun.

Located in Milton, we are close to all forms of public transport. 

We currently have Full Time, Fixed Term & Casual positions available.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THE ROLE:

  • Proactively monitor and process claims to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and meeting KPI requirements
  • Communicate with customers effectively within required timeframes to provide accurate information throughout the claim cycle
  • Liaising with key stakeholders including property owners, Insurers, Loss Adjusters and internal staff
  • Answering phones and providing exceptional Customer Service
  • Review work orders and action requests to internal and external partners.
  • Maintain and update customer information into claims database system, comprehensively and accurately.
  • Data entry and general administrative duties as directed.
  • Undertake other tasks as reasonably requested from time to time as required.

WHAT SKILLS YOU WILL BRING:

  • Highly competent in Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • High Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner
  • Demonstrated Customer Service skills.
  • Strong time management skills with an ability to coordinate several priorities at any one time with a calm and professional approach
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
