Your Role
We’re looking for multiple Sales and Service consultants to join our high energy team, located in our South Brisbane office.
You will be working partly in the office and at home, making for a flexible hybrid work arrangement. You’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers and will be focused on converting enquiries into sales and retention outcomes.
Successful candidates will work from our call centre located in South Brisbane, with a flexibility to work from home 3 days per week after training. You will work Monday to Friday with some public holidays, shifts allocated between 7:00am - 8:00pm, so you need to provide full availability to work within these hours. Rosters will be issued 4 weeks in advance.
The starting date for these positions will be 12 July 2024 with your IAG journey commencing with a comprehensive, 8-week induction (fully paid).
Please note: To work from home, you will need high speed internet connection and a private home office set up.
About You
- Previous customer experience, for example, sales, hospitality, retail and/or others.
- Have a willingness to learn, develop and self-motivate.
- Be solutions focused, with the ability to think critically and analyse specific situations.
- Basic computer skills – ability to troubleshoot basic tech.
- Experience achieving results, meeting targets and exceeding KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
