An exciting position exists as a Customer Service Consultant. In this position you are expected to maintain a professional 'first point of contact' role by providing excellent Customer Service to all clients.
If you are passionate about delivering outstanding Customer Service, have a proactive Can-Do attitude and are able to work autonomously with an eye for detail this vacancy may be the perfect for you.
The successful candidate should possess the following attributes:
- A strong Customer Service focus, with the ability to maintain a good relationship with Customers.
- Prior experience within the Caravan or RV industry is preferable
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Experience using a CRM system is desirable
- Experienced in scheduling tasks to a small team
- Ability to work effectively within a Team Environment
- Accurate and Efficient processing of quotes and additional paperwork.
- Able to multitask.
- Must have a high standard of work ethics, strong level of attention to detail & takes pride in their work
- Be willing to learn, as 'on the job' training will be provided.
