We are seeking a customer Care Consultant to join our team on a full time basis.
The successful candidate MUST have:
- Professional phone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
- Available at least 5 days per week (8 hours per day)
- Computer skills (MS Office, touch typing)
- Be team orientated
- Most important is a willingness to learn more.
You will receive Comprehensive 2 weeks paid training to be set up and ready for success in this fun, fast-paced and diverse team.
About the role
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer general enquiries
- Investigating and resolving customer enquiries and complaints
- Educating customers on product functions
- Working towards key performance targets, including customer service star rating and call handling
- General administrative tasks
