Your Role:
As our Customer Service Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our customer interactions, ensuring every experience is positive and personalised. You will support and manage key business operations, contributing to our sales and growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding Customer Service and support.
- Manage and optimise systems that enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
- Lead and participate in business projects.
- Deputise for the Operations Manager when needed.
- Oversee stock levels and procurement.
- Train and develop skills in order processing and door sales.
What We’re Looking For:
- Skills & Experience:
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Experience in customer relationship management and order processing.
- Knowledge of lawn care is a plus, but a willingness to learn is welcomed.
- Capability to manually handle stock up to 15kg.
- Attributes:
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Highly organised, efficient, and committed to completing tasks.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
