Description
In this role you will be an admin all rounder, focusing on delivering exceptional service coordination to their customers, through confirming service bookings. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same.
- Customer Connection: Provide top-notch service by keeping clients informed and resolving any concerns swiftly.
- Problem-Solving Pro: Tackle scheduling problems and emergencies with finesse to keep operations running smoothly.
- Record-Keeping Ace: Maintain meticulous records of service calls and client interactions.
- Accounts: AP/AR duties, processing of debit invoices
- Admin: Processing time sheets, ordering stationary, filing
Profile
- Customer Service/Service Coordinator / Admin experience.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable experience desirable - even if you are not 100% training can be offered
- Polite and professional phone manner.
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional computer skills, data entry skills.
- High Level of time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Offer
- 1x full time Monday - Friday role available
- 1 casual part time role available ( 1-2 days a week + opp to cover leave periods etc )
