The Role:
The role of the Customer Service Coordinator is to take responsibility for the administration of Internal Sales in conjunction with the Internal and External Sales teams. Providing a high level of Customer Service, accurate business information and following inventory management procedures. This role offers flexible work hours for the right candidate and may suit an applicant looking to balance work and family/personal life.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in achieving overall company budget of Concrete and Civil Product Warehouse Sales for a specified area.
Answer customer telephone and email enquiries, orders, service and technical needs and address complaints.
Liaise with finance, production, technical and distribution staff and provide support to mobile sales representatives.
Provide quotes and complete sales orders as per agreed pricing structure and arrange delivery dates to finalise sales.
Carry out counter sales as required
Develop Sales relationships with customers, solve simple customer problems and analyse service needs.
Maintain and expand knowledge of the company's products and services and grow the customer base through regular contact
Organise the purchase of non-stocked items where required for custom sales orders maintain stock levels of Civil Products.
Update stock control and sales orders daily
Filing and maintenance of source documents
Complete system backups
Processing EFTPOS payments
Skills;
Experience working in Sales role in a similar or likeminded organisation is preferred but not mandatory
Self-starter and ability to work unsupervised
High work ethic, practical, action orientated person
Ability to interact with all levels of staff, management, directors and external contacts
Excellent communication skills
Determination and drive to work towards targets
Attention to detail
Good understanding of MS Office related software
