Premium Dental Lab (PDL) is a Dental Lab based in Ripley, created by dentists to ensure that lab work was controlled to the highest level, with the patient and clinical outcomes given the highest priority.
About the role
We are currently seeking a Customer Service/ Operations Coordinator to assist in the daily running of the lab, the position is a 12 month contract with the potential of extension. Your key responsibilities would be general administrative duties, customer communication, maintaining service logs of areas/equipment within the lab, procurement and data entry.
We are seeking a full time staff member to join our dedicated team within Ripley, Queensland.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily workflow and managing times and expectations effectively
- Customer service
- Providing assistance and willingness to teach other members of the team
- Procurement
- Oversee maintenance and operations of the facility
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
To be considered for the role you will need to possess the following:
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- High attention to detail and experience working in a fast pace environment
- An enthusiastic and flexible approach to work
- High level of Customer Service skills
- Availability to work Monday to Friday
- Compliance with all Company policies
- Rights to work in Australia
Highly regarded, but not required:
- Experience within the dental industry
