The Role
This position is highly valued within the business as it is the main point of contact for all inbound queries related to sales. You will need to respond to customer queries quickly, provide excellent Customer Service and help them with a range of tasks. Additional responsibilities include:
- Assist customers with technical (product) enquiries
- Provide quotes to customers on various products offered
- Process web orders + handle phone queries
- Facilitate calls related to freight / product shipment tracking
- Maintain a centralised sales inbox
- Enter data into our admin system
The Ideal Candidate
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent Customer Service skills, effective in a fast-paced environment, who is well organised and great working within a small team. We are seeking a Customer Service superstar who is a strong written & verbal communicator.
Furthermore, you must possess:
