WHO YOU ARE
You will be in the centre of the action, so we are looking for a fun, enthusiastic, and passionate team player to join our team. Ideally you will have experience in Customer Service and/or reception and will be motivated for a career at UniLodge. You will love to build connections with people, and demonstrate a passion for problem solving, and going above and beyond to provide great experience to our residents. Some of your essential skills include strong written and verbal communication skills, good attention to detail, solid computer skills and a “we care” attitude.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Customer Service Coordinator - Reservations, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Operate the day to day front desk reception area with a focus on providing an exceptional resident experience
Assist residents with enquiries related to residency, studies, general needs and overall well being
Complete check in and out process for residents at the beginning and end of their tenancy
Assist with leasing and the ongoing property management of rooms/units and apartments
Conduct room shows to prospective tenants
Maintain effective liaisons with property services such as maintenance, contract cleaners, contractors, and security personnel to ensure smooth and efficient service to residents
Work to achieve and maintain the budgeted occupancy figures
Pro-actively ensure that carpark accounts are paid up to date and manage any arrears.
Our mandatory requirements include:
Valid Working Rights in Australia and New Zealand
National Police Check
Working with Children Check
Real Estate Qualifications – current or willing to obtain o VIC - Agent’s Representative Certificate lodged with Consumer Affairs Victoria
