About the Role
You are interested in a stable and long-term work environment with a global Company; you are motivated and organised with a passion for delivering exceptional Customer Service. We're on the lookout for someone like you to become an integral part of our successful QLD sales branch.
As a key player reporting directly to the Sales Manager QLD, this role is the crucial connection between our customers, service technicians, and our sales team.
What You'll Do:
- Attend customer queries from customers
- Assist in the processing of customer orders and invoicing
- Prepare quotations for systems or products under the guidance of our technical experts
- Contribute to stock control and warehousing activities
- Participate in the procurement of products beyond our standard range
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including organising sales meetings, seminars, team activities, emails and report management
- Ensure the daily operational efficiency of the QLD Sales office, including the handling of goods deliveries and walk-in customers

Qualifications We Seek:
- Two to three years working experience in Customer Service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft NAV and CRM will be highly regarded
- Eager and curious to learn about our product, solutions and customers
- Demonstrated proficiency in handling phone calls effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- A Forklift and First Aid Certificate are a plus
- This is an full-time office-based role
