Your Role:
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will be in a key role responsible for Credit administration within the Customer Service team.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Investigating customer credits for accuracy
- Maintaining & updating information in the system
- Ongoing review of credits outstanding
- Reporting on customer credit status, decisions, etc
- Implementing and applying credit administration procedures
- Reviewing feedback and identifying areas for improvement
- Assisting with Customer Service calls | orders as required
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience processing | managing credit notes, debits, returns
- Understanding of customer credit limits
- Previous experience in a Customer Service | call centre environment
- Accurate keyboard skills and computer literacy including intermediate Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems (SAP an advantage)
