Customer Service Representative

The Customer Establishment Representative is responsible for entering data entry for Commercial and Residential Customers as well as perform a variety of Customer Service and administration functions related to the establishment of contracts for the business on a national basis.Location: Rydalmere NSWKey Responsibilities:

• Handle data entry requests via phone, email, and action queues, including processing contracts, updating databases, and raising install job requests.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all customer and site details.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, meeting KPIs and exceeding customer expectations.
• Document all interactions accurately and thoroughly.
• Provide knowledgeable and courteous Customer Service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including Technicians, Subcontractors, and Sales Representatives.
