Due to internal promotions and movements, we have an exciting opportunity to join one of Australia’s premier toll-road companies based in Melbourne CBD. This is a fixed-term contract with a strong possibility of permanency and moving into other areas of the business.
As a Customer Service & Finance Officer, your role directly contributes to the success of the company by optimising cash flow and minimizing bad debt. Each customer will vary! You will engage with numerous customers on a daily basis, thoroughly understanding each customer’s unique situation and finding positive solutions for everyone.
You will be taking up to 45-50 calls a day and extensive email correspondence. You will have the flexibility to manage your own desk.

About you:
We are seeking someone who possesses natural resilience, empathy, and adaptability skills.
- Experience working within a contract centre, Customer Service, or debt collection is preferred but not essential.
- Resilient and pick up systems & processes quickly.
- Intermediate technical skills.
- Eager to learn and a motivated work ethic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- A positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to multitask.
