About the roleMy client is seeking a bubbly
Customer Service officer & admin all rounder to join the team on a temp to perm basis. This company is based in Tullamarine and is looking for someone to commence asap. Working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.No work from home options available - onsite only.
You will be responsible for:- Point of contact for enquiries via phone and email
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers
- Setting up boardrooms
- Supporting directors to book meetings
- Process purchase orders & invoices
- Showing initiative to enhance processes and suggest ideas for ongoing improvement
- Support the branch in its sales and service operations
- Mail Collection
- Adhoc duties
To be successful in this role you will have:- Intermediate excel skills
- SAP & Excel experience preferred
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
- Reliable and self motivated
- Can do attitude
