- Providing high quality service to customers and suppliers via email and phone calls
- Work closely with customers to develop & deliver solutions
- To administer new customer set up and changes to databases and service schedules
- Coordination of transport movements to our Maryvale Mill and managing of stock levels in cooperation with the Maryvale Mill and transport companies
- Assisting with the monthly stocktake at our Altona depot
- Actioning maintenance request with the relevant maintenance provider
- Processing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables invoices/queries, ensuring customers are invoiced correctly
- Administering all export/ domestic sale processes
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills, with a customer focussed mindset
- Excellent phone skills, especially in busy environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing demands and to manage deadlines.
- Computer literacy skills and experience in using Excel (intermediate Excel skills would be viewed favourably)
- Previous Sales Force/ Lightening experience is desirable
