 Job Description

We are seeking a Group Customer Experience Manager to join our Customer Experience department. This is a full-time permanent position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and Customer Service skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment. This role reports directly to the Corporate Services Manager who will support you in managing the Customer Experience team.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the daily operations of the Customer Experience Department.
  • Ensuring that all incoming calls to the business and informative telephone calls to clients are made within the national KPI timeframes. 
  • Providing leadership, support and guidance to the Customer Experience team and minimising client attrition through providing superior service.
  • Collaborate with our HR team to ensure the Customer Experience Department is adequately trained in all Company Policies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive attitude for problem-solving.
  • Highly attentive to detail and committed to accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a part of team.
  • Previous management experience desirable.
