About the role:
Red Energy is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team!
You will need:
12 months of recent Customer Service experience
An appropriate work from home 'set up' with multiple screens which will help you navigate through numerous systems
A willingness to self motivate, learn and continuously develop
A strong customer focus and great communication skills
We are offering full time work from home opportunities, working on a rotating roster between 8:00am - 8:30pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays between 9:00am - 5:30pm with a day off during that week.
What your day will look like:
Being the first point of contact from existing customers through inbound calls
Delivering a high level of customer experience
Variety of call types including general account enquiries, discuss offer, upgrading plans, billing enquiries and payment arrangements
Ongoing support, development and career opportunities
