Job Description
We are seeking a Group Customer Experience Manager to join our Customer Experience department. This is a full-time permanent position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and Customer Service skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment. This role reports directly to the Corporate Services Manager who will support you in managing the Customer Experience team.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing the daily operations of the Customer Experience Department.
Ensuring that all incoming calls to the business and informative telephone calls to clients are made within the national KPI timeframes.
Providing leadership, support and guidance to the Customer Experience team and minimising client attrition through providing superior service.
Collaborate with our HR team to ensure the Customer Experience Department is adequately trained in all Company Policies.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a part of team.
Previous management experience desirable.
