As we expand, we are looking for a Customer Service Manager to oversee our growing Customer Service team. The Customer Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Customer Service team, providing leadership and strategic direction to ensure the highest level of customer support. This part-time role is ideal for parents returning to the workforce, seeking a position that offers flexibility around school hours. The Customer Service Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping customer interactions, contributing to product development through feedback, and enhancing team performance.
Day to day you will:
- Manage, roster, lead and support a team of casual Customer Service staff to ensure high levels of support and sales service.
- Develop systems to elevate team knowledge and efficiency.
- Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, including technical support and sales.
- Represent customer feedback in product planning sessions, working closely with the technology team.
- Strategize to improve Customer Service quality and team performance metrics.

- Previous experience in Customer Service management, particularly with tech products.
