ABOUT YOU
As an experienced Customer Service Manager, you will lead the wholesale and retail customer service function to provide an efficient and effective service to our stakeholders.
Your role as a Customer Service Manager :
Lead and manage a team of Customer service officers within Minted products at both a wholesale and retail level.
Ensure orders are processed efficiently and accurately and payment is received before products are shipped.
Set up of customers in D365; ensuring that an Agreement is in place, and the verification and approval compliance with AML/CTF.
Sign off on all items set up in D365 and ensure that all trade agreements set up in D365 are approved.
Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve procedures and processes to improve customer experience.
Approve all wholesale and retail sales orders in D365.
Monitor daily inventory value to ensure it is within the insurance limit and arrange stock replenishments.
Authorise and manage the release of products to customers.
Reconcile daily the inventory against D365’s overseas secured storage facilities.
Sign off all storage invoices for payment.
Ensure any reporting employees or contractors, as far as is practicable, are not exposed to hazards either physical or psychological, while working.

Extensive experience in customer service or retail.
Demonstrated leadership experience.
Strong communication and relationship building skills, with a collaborative team centric approach
Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement, including during times of pressure
Ability to use data analytics and reporting on key performance indicators
