Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee all aspects of our customer relations and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Take the lead in formulating and refining policies related to customer relations and the services provided by Braidztyle.

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure policies are comprehensive, up-to-date, and in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Regularly review existing policies and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary updates to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Design and implement after-sales service strategies aimed at maintaining strong relationships with customers post-purchase.

Develop protocols for gathering customer feedback and satisfaction data, utilising this information to tailor after-sales services to meet individual needs.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, fostering a positive customer experience throughout the entire lifecycle.

Establish procedures for assessing the quality and performance of hair braiding products purchased by customers.

Conduct regular product inspections and evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to address any product-related issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction with their purchases.

Continuously monitor customer feedback, market trends, and industry developments to identify opportunities for service enhancement.

Propose and implement initiatives to streamline service processes, increase efficiency, and elevate the overall quality of services offered.

Lead cross-functional teams in brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings to generate innovative ideas for improving customer experiences and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.

By diligently fulfilling these responsibilities, the Customer Services Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping Braidztyle's reputation, fostering customer loyalty, and driving sustained business growth in the hair braiding industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
