Reporting to the Director/Owner your duties would include:
- Maintaining relationships with customers
- Meeting Customer Service financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets and scheduling expenditures
- Improving Customer Service by conducting surveys and studying, evaluating and re-designing processes and establishing and communicating service metrics and monitoring and analysing results
- Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
- Implementing an effective customer loyalty program.
- Maintaining accurate records and documenting all Customer Service activities and discussions.
- Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on findings.
- Managing the approved budget of the Customer Service department.
- Staying informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
- Enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Emails and providing other general assistance as required
To be successful in this role you must Have strong organisational and time management skills. Possess a high attention to detail, be self-motivated and have the ability to multi-task. Have sound interpersonal and communication skills (both oral & written)
